Return Eligibility

3. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
2. After receiving a return authorization, please package the item securely and send it back to us.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
 
Refunds
1. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

In such cases, we will extend the return or exchange period accordingly and keep you updated on the progress.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
 
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a description of the damage and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items
All sales are final for custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
